Initiating a Project:
- Should you have a change of heart within the initial 24-hour window following your order placement, SEOLanguage Technologies is happy to offer a full refund. However, kindly note that any payment processing fees (not exceeding 10% of the total amount) will be deducted.
Staged Refunds:
- Between 24 and 48 hours of placing your order, a full refund minus payment processing fees remains available.
- Beyond the 48-hour mark, the following refund considerations will apply based on the service type:
- SEO & Monthly Website Maintenance: Due to the continuous nature of these services, refunds cannot be granted after 48 hours.
- Website Design & Development: A partial refund may be offered at the project manager’s discretion, taking into account the resources invested in your project at the time of cancellation.
